I've had it for years and have never had a problem...
Yes, if you are transferring from AOL or something, it will require a learning curve... But nothing that you can't handle,
And it works great from day one... Even if you don't know how to use labels, archives, search, contacts, Google Docs or shortcuts yet... You will!
Get with the program!
Gmail is the best... And ESPECIALLY if you are on Android...
