We have region free tested the North American versions of both Silent Hill HD Collection - 360 (Region Free) (Preorder) and Ninja Gaiden 3 - 360 (Preorder) on our PAL XBOX 360 console.
We can confirm that Silent Hill HD Collection is region free but unfortunately Ninja Gaiden 3 is not.
