Thanks for your service, but what does that have to do with shipping prices to Canada

Today I had a bunch of ebay listings end. I had a guy who asked what shipping to Canada would be and I said sorry, but like the listing said, I would't ship internationally. [huge price jump, probably can't ship media mail, customs]

Him: "Wow, really, I'm only a few hours north of you (Same continent North America) USPS delivers here no problem.
