We have region free tested both Final Fantasy (13-2) XIII-2 - 360 (Preorder) and Soul Calibur V (5) - 360 (Region Free) (Preorder) on our PAL XBOX 360 and can confirm that Soul Calibur V is region free but unfortunately Final Fantasy XIII-2 is not.Also, still available for preorder with limited quantities is Soul Calibur V (5) Collector's Edition - 360 (Region Free) (Preorder) [LIMIT 1 PER CUSTOMER]
