Welcome to my Tuesday

1) Yesterday someone called and said they were moving and brought in a formal written notice.

2) I emailed someone on our reservation list to offer her the apartment

3) She emailed back to accept it saying how excited she was to take it

4) The resident called saying she needed to cancel her notice, which she is legally allowed to do. So now I have to contact the reservation list person to tell her she doesn't get the apartment she wanted.
