CYOA Easter Egg

Phil recently shared an awesomely designed and thorough break down of the old Choose Your Own Adventure Books. I skimmed through most of it in tl;dr fashion, but I read enough to learn that one choose your own adventure book had an ending that was unreachable by reading the book's decision tree.
