It was my first trip out there in many years. In fact, I was about half the age that i am now when I was last out there... Sheesh... So the whole trip had a Twilight Zone feel...
Some favorite moments? The birthday sunset on the marina, new friends, seeing the beautiful new John Scoullar Memorial Garden, hiking the trails, watching a helicopter practice landing on the waves, looking for shells and beach glass, long shore walks with an old friend, lightning bugs, watching a sheltie outrun the crashing surf, breakfasts with new friend's Chris and Tommy at Floyd's, long naps in the Broadway Baby pod, gorgeous weather, floating in the pool at the Manor, free pizza at the Ice Palace, and running into Sundancer Peter at Cherry's.
